
Alexandra Andersen
Alexandra has been a high school teacher since 2001 and a certified mindfulness trainer and meditation teacher for children and author since 2017. As part of her teaching activities, she developed a curriculum to integrate mindfulness practices into the classroom. In her work as a teacher she experiences first-hand the positive effects that mindfulness exercises have on her students. Since 2019, Alexandra has been offering further training for teachers, focusing on the concept of “Learning with Mindfulness”.
